||An Act to enable John Freeman Esquire, heretofore called John Cooke, and his Heirs, to take and use the Surname of Freeman, pursuant to the Will of William Freeman Esquire, deceased; and also to impower the said John Freeman and others to make Leases of the Estates devised by the said Will.
