Long title An Act to enable Richard Child Esquire, commonly called Lord Castlemain, and the Heirs of his Body, and such other Persons, who by virtue of a Settlement made by Frederick Tylney Esquire, deceased, shall be in the Possession of the Estates therein limited, to take and use the Surname of Tylney.
