||An Act for enabling Charles Newdigate Parker, calling himself Charles Newdigate Newdegate Esquire, to take the Name and Arms of Newdegate; and also for extinguishing a certain Rent Charge (subject to a Life Estate in Part thereof) pursuant to certain Conditions contained in the Will and Codicil of Sir Roger Newdigate Baronet, deceased.
