Short title Charles and Lady Edith Clifton: change of name to Abney Hastings and licence to bear the arms of Abney and Hastings.
Long title An Act to authorize Charles Frederick Clifton Esquire and the Lady Edith Maud his Wife, and their Issue, to assume and bear the Surnames of "Abney Hastings" in lieu of the Surname of Clifton, and to bear the Arms of "Abney" and "Hastings," in compliance with the Condition contained in a Settlement made by Sir Charles Abney Hastings Baronet, deceased, of certain Estates in the Counties of Derby and Leicester.
